Due to the customized nature of all of the products we produce at Dreameow, we cannot offer returns. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you.
If you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with us. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always endeavour to make sure you are happy with the final artwork.
If you received the wrong product, and incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please make sure you contact us immeadiately if any of the unfortunate circumstances above have occured.
If merchandise products are received damaged or broken, Dreameow will organize for a replacement product to be send to you under an accelerated shipping arrangement. We only request that you share an image of the damaged product so we can share it with our service provider.
Claims made 14 days after the delivery date of merchandise will not be processed and you will not be eligible for a return.
